Privacy Policy

Effective 10 November 2025. This explains how we handle your information across King’s Collection and partnering brands.

Data We Collect

When you browse the boutique we log basic analytics (device type, pages viewed) to understand which drops resonate. When you start checkout or message our stylists we capture the contact information you share—name, phone, email, and preferred delivery details.

Payments & Partners

We work with vetted payment processors and logistics partners. They receive only the data required to complete your transaction or shipment. Each designer you purchase from receives order summaries so they can fulfill the garment, but they are required to store your data securely and use it solely for that order unless you opt in to hear from them directly.

WhatsApp & Social Messaging

If you initiate a conversation via WhatsApp, Instagram, or any listed channel, those platforms process your messages under their own policies. We download only the information needed to prepare invoices or styling recommendations and retain chat history for at most 12 months.

Retention & Security

Order records are stored for seven years to comply with Nigerian tax guidance. Access is restricted to trained team members, and sensitive files live in encrypted storage. You may request deletion of marketing profiles at any time by emailing privacy@kingscollection.fashion.

Your Choices

Opt out of marketing emails via the footer link or reply STOP on SMS. To review or correct your personal data, contact us and we will respond within five business days.
