Terms & Condition
Updated 10 November 2025. These terms apply to every order placed with King’s Collection and our designer partners.
Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in NGN unless noted otherwise. Once you confirm a cart or WhatsApp invoice, the partnered brand begins preparing the garment. Because quantities are tight, orders are considered firm once payment clears. Contact us within 2 hours to request edits—after that, cancellations depend on the brand's discretion.
Shipping & Pickup
We coordinate dispatch windows with each label. Standard Lagos delivery takes 1-3 business days; nationwide shipments may take up to 7 days. If a designer offers in-person pickup, we will communicate the studio address and hand-off protocol via email or WhatsApp.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the boutique nature of capsule pieces, most garments are final sale. Some partner brands allow exchanges for sizing within 48 hours of delivery if swing tags remain intact. Reach out to our stylists first and we will liaise with the label to confirm eligibility.
Brand-Supplied Content
Lookbook imagery and copy provided by partner designers is used with permission. King's Collection is not liable for inaccuracies in fabric composition or care instructions supplied by the label, though we will always help correct any discrepancies.
